Description : Lichfield District Council are seeking an experienced and innovative vendor for the provision of a premium hospitality tent for its annual Proms event at Beacon Park in Lichfield. To enhance the experience of the visitors who wish to upgrade their evening, we are looking for an offering to potentially include:• A marquee / tent where premium drinks are sold to visitors• A dining package pre event• Afternoon teas served (potentially 1-4pm)• An upgraded VIP (VVIP) package with a premium viewing platform• Collection of picnic hampersThis is not a definitive brief and we are looking for a partner to help develop the concept and offering.BackgroundLichfield District is located in south-east Staffordshire and abuts the West Midlands conurbation.
