Description : NHS Derby & Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group; Derbyshire County Council and Derby City Council wish to commission a Derby & Derbyshire Learning Disability & Autism VCSE Sector 'Lead Organisation'. NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process.The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a one stage process similar to an Open process. The process is to set up a Single Provider Framework Agreement. The contract is subject to funding allocated by NHSE/I at the start of each financial year. This funding is not guaranteed and if successful, the value is not known until award. It will then be the role of the successful provider to manage the funding and undertake effective engagement with service users and the Commissioner to agree objectives and allocate funds to capable provider(s). The total contract value stated within the advert is based on the maximum funding available.
