- The Royal Parks (TRP) is inviting tenders to establish a framework contract for the provision of Landscape Construction Works. Suppliers may be required to provide construction works for a wide range of landscape projects including hard and soft elements.

Abstract: The framework contract will commence on 23 November 2021 and its duration will be 4 years. This agreement will be made under the NEC3 Framework Contract (April 2013). The estimated total contract value is £4.75m. A maximum number of 5 suppliers will be appointed to the framework. All call-off contracts under the framework will be based on the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (April 2013). The following areas of work may be required, although not exclusively:•Historic landscape restoration including structural retaining elements such as landforms, banks, terraces, steps, and walls•Restoration of scheduled listed monuments and their settings•Restoration/ creation of lakes, ponds, wetlands•Irrigation, drainage and sustainable urban drainage systems•Planting and habitat restoration including woodlands, meadows, and scrub•Detailed soft landscape/ planting in high quality horticultural areas•Playgrounds and incidental play features•Sports fa... - Documents :
