Description : The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (including Kirklees neighbourhood housing identified as the "Council."is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for construction contractors , subcontractors and ancillary services to undertake repair/ maintenance works/services for its portfolio of assets. the categories under the Dps are as follows : 1.
