Abstract: Y Bartneriaeth Awyr Agored / Outdoor Partnership (The Partnership), established in 2005 (in North West Wales), is a registered Charity inspiring local people to become involved in outdoor activities through participation, education, volunteering, and employment programmes thus improving health, social and economic well-being. For further information on the charity, please visit: -www.outdoorpartnership.co.ukMore recently, the work of TOP has been recognised by the National Lottery Community Fund as an example of good practice who awarded TOP a grant of £2.9m (net), £4.3m (gross) to expand its business model to 3 additional sites based in Cumbria, Ayrshire and Northern Ireland. This project commenced in October 2019 and will run for seven years with the aim of eventually creating up to five new sites outside Wales.In addition to this The Outdoor Partnership has recently received a separate grant through Enabling Natural Resources and Wellbeing (ENRaW) to deliver its programmes across the remainder of Wales through the establishment of 4 further areas.
