Project Description :- This is a soft market testing exercise that seeks input from the wider supply market to establish the most effective and attractive way of managing and contracting for integrated facilities management (IFM). We are seeking to invite suitable corporate providers to respond to this questionnaire and, where clarification is required, conduct a short meeting for an informal exchange of ideas. The City of London is, by way of soft market testing, seeking to engage with specialist service providers in the market. This is with a view to establishing market interest in this opportunity and key areas for consideration in formulating the specification, leading to the selection of a services provider or providers through latest UK / EU compliant procurement.
