Description : As part of its commitment to become carbon neutral by 2030, Kingston upon Hull City Council ("the Council") is keen to promote the use of renewable energy and low carbon technologies within the city. The installation of generation assets and energy storage will contribute to the city's decarbonisation agenda and will increase renewable energy generation, decrease reliance on power from centralised production, increase local energy security and resilience and potentially provide the Council, with a long-term low carbon revenue source.
