Durham County Council, Adults & Health Services, is seeking a suitably experienced and competent organisation to provide a domiciliary care package, including personal care, to a service user in the Horden, SR8 4AP area of County Durham. The provider of this care package must be registered appropriately with the Care Quality Commission.
