- Independent Evaluation/Summative Assessment For Hull Business Energy Efficiency Scheme
Hull City Council is seeking to procure a service that is independent of the Council to carry out a summative assessment as required by Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), combined with a broader evaluation of the scheme under the Hull Business Energy Efficiency Scheme programme it progresses and at the relevant conclusions. The successful tenderer will be required to design a detailed methodology which includes a comparable assessment of the scheme and justifies how the approach will report, measure and capture the required impacts and outputs, further details are provided in the Specification (Schedule 2, ITT Part 1).
