  • HESE are looking to engage with Suppliers who can provide mobile ice-cream services at the following sites, Edinburgh Castle, Stirling Castle and Holyrood Park in Edinburgh. The Suppliers must be able to supply a varied selection of high quality locally sourced products including, but not limited to, dairy ice creams, bottled water, soft drinks including a selection of low sugar alternative options, items that meet specific dietary requirements and a range of confectionary to include locally sourced products such as tablet, macaroon etc suitable for the local tourist market.
