Description : Phase 2 Site Wide Clearance and Earthworks Outline ScopeThe scope of work relates to site wide clearance of remaining areas of Phase 2, including removing former ministry of defence below ground structures, disused utilities, vegetation and completing strategic engineering earthworks. The main activities, are earthworks driven, and encompass the following:1. Contractor Site set up and enabling works2. Utility and ground Surveys (Ground Penetration Radar)3. Tree Protection and Ecological Management Compliance4. Site Clearance encompassing, vegetation and tree removal, topsoil removal and removal of hard standings, debris, waste, disused drainage, utilities and remediation of contaminated land if encountered.5. Site remediation within areas outlined within planning approved site wide ground remediation method statement, inclusive of verification and validation.6.
