Abstract: The Council requires a s system or software package that enables Haringey Council to:Provide live reporting and updates on compliance activities across all 6 key compliance areas, initially including but not limited to• Fire Risk and Fire Safety (Assessments and Equipment)• Landlord Gas Safety certificates and PPMs• Electrical Inspection Reports• Asbestos Reinspection• Lift thorough inspection and maintenance inspections• Water Risk Assessments and management of legionella.The system will:Help manage and allocate actions and capture ownership, and reporting evidence of action completion. - Documents :
