Description : DescriptionFind a permanent solution to repeated Guttering blockage issues creating water ingress at EA Depot, Pennygillam Way, Launceston.Work required1. Identify a suitable prevention system to assist with the breakdown and reduction in material build up within guttering system.2. Identify a suitable access solution to ensure compliance with Defra codes of practice and CDM (2015) regulations.3. Consideration must be given to use environmentally friendly products; products data sheet for any products to be used will need to be submitted prior to work commencing.This is work will involve working at height, the roof line is approximately 5 meters from the ground. There is restricted access and limited space to work with due to tree line immediately behind the storage shed.
