- This Contract Notice announces, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the release of a tender to establish a new Grounds Maintenance and Associated Services framework, managed by ProcurePublic. This framework is intended to replace the current provision and will encompass a comprehensive range of Grounds and Cleaning services for the public sector, expected to be operational from January 2025.The framework will feature a filtering system, enabling bidders to select CPV codes, regions, and financial capacity criteria to meet specific client requirements. Established with an anticipated spend of 1 gbp and a maximum capacity of 50 gbp million, it will be accessible to all public sector organisations listed in the latest classification guide by the Office for National Statistics (ONS). Eligible entities include government departments, local authorities, educational institutions, healthcare providers, and other ONS-classified public sector bodies.
