ENGIE Services Ltd on behalf of the Greater Lincolnshire Energy Efficiency Network (GLEEN) tender to establish an approved list of qualified and competent ECO contractors/providers to carry out its obligations under the Energy Company Obligation. The contractors/providers will work as part of an es... vulnerable. There will be no limit to the number of contractors/providers admitted to the Approved List. All contractors/providers who are suitably qualified and have met the minimum quality scoring criteria will be admitted.
