Abstract: The scope includes but is not limited to:-• Full design and build of a 15,250m2 (154,000 sq ft) warehouse• Contractor to be Principal Designer (PD) and Principal Contractor (PC) under CDM2015 Regulations• Ground preparation and foundation works• Warehouse frame, cladding and roof lights• Associated power, water and waste connections• External lights, surfacing, barriers, bollards and fencing• Office, showroom, trade counter and welfare facilities (i.e. including full Cat B fit-outto meet the Tenant requirements.)• Canopy over the loading area• Car park including EV charging, signage and white linings• Photovoltaics and battery storage• Small scale diesel fueling tank• Warehouse to be designed and built in line with current building regulations andPeel Ports Group HSE Fire Safety requirements
