The Greater London Authority (GLA) will be seeking a supplier to run a fifth London-wide round of the London Collective Solar Scheme in Spring 2022 in addition to potential future annual rounds (subject to budget and approval). It is therefore conducting an informal market testing exercise to understand whether there is now a wider range of delivery options since the market was last tested for delivery of this type of programme in 2017. Publication of this PIN doesn-t commit the GLA to running a further procurement, or to running further phases of the programme.
