Description : The Contactor is to undertake the replacement of existing Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Gas fired Hot Water Services (HWS) with new including all associated works. Nine new AHUs have been ordered by IWM North and will be delivered on site to be issued to the Contractor. The Contractor is to supply all other equipment and materials. The Contractor is to provide all things necessary in order to complete the work including but not limited to all temporary access equipment, health and safety, waste disposal and associated builders works.
