Description : The Local Government Association (LGA) is issuing this soft market test to invite feedback on our proposal to develop a training programme on digitalisation for local government officers with a view to publishing a formal competitive contract notice which will be open for bidding from all interested suppliers. All council services rely on digital technology to a greater or lesser extent and this has accelerated rapidly as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
