The National Audit Office (NAO) is seeking to introduce adaptive learning technology as a method for delivering learning at the NAO. The technology will supplement the tools and techniques available to the NAO Learning and Development team (L&D) for developing learning across NAO. Adaptive learning online modules will provide a learning experience tailored to a learner's individual level of knowledge and skills - offering a more efficient and impactful learning experience. The adaptive learning technology will assess learner's competence and confidence at each stage of the course and customise the learning pathway according to learners needs.
