Description : Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a suitably experienced contractor to undertake the refurbishment of Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The Works comprise the design, supply and installation of the refurbishment and remedial works to Rowan House to include, inter alia, the following outline scope of works; 1.Refurbishment of 2nd floor, 2. Works to the Mechanical installations, including new HVAC and Hot and cold-water installations and domestic installations, including 3.
