Abstract: Hampshire County Council has five (5) operational depot locations with bunkered diesel fuel in Hampshire. These five depots are located at:• Bishops Waltham• Hook• Micheldever• Petersfield• Totton.Each of these locations has a 22,000 litre above ground double bunded fuel tank with fuel use GPS telemetry systems. The fuel at these locations is used by a wide variety of County Council and sub-contractors' vehicles.A total of just over 1 million litres of fuel is drawn per annum across these five sites, with the winter months being a particularly busy period due to the dedicated gritters using a lot more fuel.
