Abstract: Contractors will be required to collect, recycle, recover, reuse and dispose of waste from the participating authorities estate under the following waste streams:1. Residual2. DMR (Dry Mixed Recycling)3. Confidential wastepaper4. Cardboard5. Glass6. Construction Waste7. Food Waste8. Green Waste9. Textiles10. Metals11. WEEE, florescent tubing, batteries, and lead batteries with each of these collected in separatecontainers.12. Plastics and high-grade non-infectious plastics from health care i.e., all non DMR plastics collectedin one process.13. Non-clinical hazardous waste and chemical waste from laboratories could be combined.14. Bulky waste with including mattresses and furniture
