Part of this investment is used to build, operate and maintain flood defence assets such as pumping stations, flood gates, raised embankments, flood basins etc. The Contract relates to high voltage (HV) Control Operation Maintenance and Emergency Response (COMER) provision at 2 of these flood defence assets and the planned preventative maintenance of (LV) ACBs at 1 other asset. All assets are located in the North West of England.
