We are now seeking to partner with best in class service providers to consolidate, harmonise and bring consistency to our operations. The SAC portfolio will be expanding nationally across the next 5 years and we want to work with partners who will help us form a stable base position which will be scalable.

Abstract: We are looking to award either the full scope of services to a single supplier or to two separate suppliers - one for Hard FM and another for Soft FM. There is also potential for further contracted services associated with the maintenance and consumables of SAC technical equipment.The contract will cover existing sites in both Harwell and Westcott with the intention to scale the services to new locations in the UK as SAC grows its footprint over the next 5 years. The current site list covers approximately 3,350 square metres in Westcott and 4,300 square metres in Harwell.The anticipated start date of the contract is 01/04/2023 and will run until 31/03/2026.
