Abstract: Ulster University is undertaking initial market consultation for a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System to support, consolidate and enhance its Estates Services strategy. The existing strategy includes multiple systems that have been developed and implemented over a number of years but do not interface, and the reporting and analytics require transformation. Whilst the type of contract(s) has yet to be determined, it is anticipated that lots may not apply and the University may award a single contract to an Economic Operator.
