- The purpose of this PIN is to notify the market of a forthcoming procurement. The procurement shall seek to appoint a provider for the provision of hydrogen powered electricity generation and hydrogen refueller. This procurement shall be conducted via Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Solutions (VCIS) framework on Crown Commercial Service. Agreement ID RM6213. Interested suppliers who are not registered under RM6213, should do so in accordance with the guidance contained in the ‘additional information- section of this notice.

Abstract: REQUIREMENT - The UK MOD wishes to increase the capability of the future cars and van white fleet through a trial of innovative energy sources using renewable energy fuelled BEV chargers and suitable hydrogen vehicle refueller at HMNB Devonport, Plymouth. There may also be a semi mobile aspect of the trial, on the concept of how a diesel generator might be used at a temporary site.
