Description : Lot 1: Demolition ProjectsThe scope of the work is of all project values. Typically, the work will be comprised of the following categories but is not exclusive to:• High rise work (hand, machine, high reach or explosives),• Low rise work (hand or machine),• Emergency responsive call out work,• Securing and boarding up of empty and dilapidated properties.• Asbestos removal• Site remediation• Waste removal/disposalLot 2: Emergency demolition.The scope of the work is of all project values to provide an emergency response service during working hours only. Works will include but is not exclusive to: • Full or partial dismantlement of buildings or structures using mechanical or hand demolition techniques.• Temporary structural support to building elements (Via 3rd party contractor is necessary)• Reinstatement of building elements if demolition is not a feasible option. (Via 3rd party contractor is necessary)• To provide site security (via 3rd party contractors if necessary)• To provide heras type fencing. • To secure buildings to prevent access to dangerous buildings. • To sample and remove asbestos.
