- Framework Agreement for Building & Construction Consultancy Services - Multi Lot
Project Description :The London Borough of Hillingdon is looking for suitably qualified consultants to be party to a Multi-Lot Framework Agreement for Building & Construction Consultancy Services.
The Framework will consist of the following Lots:
1. Multi-Disciplinary Services
2. Architectural and Building Design Services
3. Building Services Engineering (M&E)
4. Building Surveying Services
5. Structural Engineering
6. Quantity Surveying Services
7. Valuation and Estates Services
8. Energy Efficiency Consultancy Services
9. Fire Safety Engineering Services
10. Employers Agent
It is expected that upon conclusion of the Framework Agreement it will be made available to other Nationwide Public Bodies, to utilise if they wish to do so via an Access Agreement.
It is intended that the Authority will shortlist to all those Applicants that are ranked within the top 10 and to any that are tied 10th for each Lot and will then be invited to the second stage of the procurement process, the Invitation to Tender (ITT)
Following the ITT Stage, the intention of the Framework Agreement is to Award places to the top 6 ranked bids and to any that are tied 6th, per Lot.
The maximum number of Lots that can be awarded to any one Consultant will be six (6) Lots.
