Description : Fleming Way MSCP - Make-Safe External Works 2021Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of make-safe maintenance works to address render and coating defects on the external elevations of Fleming Way Multi-Storey Car-Park (MSCP).Project DescriptionThe make-safe works are to be restricted to the removal of loose / critical areas of concrete and render on the external elevations of the MSCP, with some limited replacement of coatings.The initial contract term will be for 6 weeks, as stated in the ITT documents.Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.... - Documents :
