Description : This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to advise the market of a forthcoming opportunity from HealthTrust Europe for the provision of Facilities Management and Associated Services Framework Agreement.This notice is for prior information only, publication for a further call for competition will be made as required.The PIN will cover the full range of Facilities Management (FM) services for the public sector. We are seeking suppliers who can provide services covering but not limited to a single service or range of FM services through to total hard or soft FM or integrated FM Services. It will be divided into FM specialisms including but not limited to: Building Maintenance; Lighting; Plumbing; Heating; CCTV Systems; Fire Safety; and Alarms, Pest Control; Cleaning Services; Grounds Maintenance; Security Services; Catering; Waste; Janitorial Services; Window Cleaning; and Car Parking.
