Description : NCC wish to procure consultancy support services in the delivery of the FACET project. FACET is a ?3.5m project funded through the European Interreg 2 Seas Programme. Over the next two years the partnership (Netherlands, France, Belgium and UK) will encourage entrepreneurs in the tourism sector to apply circular solutions within their company, thereby creating new sustainable revenue models. Norfolk County Council working with Great Yarmouth Borough Council will pilot infrastructure solutions and support businesses.
