Description : Housing 21 are looking to appoint a supplier to provide an extra care rostering, billing and payments system. The high level requirements are:
• easy to use ‘drag and drop- style rostering system;
• integrated system for auto production of pay and billing based on the roster;
• system configuration based on each service contract / staff arrangement and means to provide aggregated management information and reporting;
• reconciliation of pay and billing to understand and improve productivity;
• remove onerous spreadsheets to free up front line to focus on quality of services;
• robust data and ability to reconcile outputs to provide meaningful management information;
• automation of pay and billing inputs to improve efficiency and cash flow management;
• significant reduction in manual inputting in back office.
