Description : With ambitious targets to grow our housing portfolio and working alongside developers and registered providers to ensure our current stock meets the needs of our residents, Milton Keynes Council is looking for a housing data provider as a matter of urgency. Housing data and intelligence are key to understanding the local housing market, whether for valuing properties, setting rents, working with partners to ensure affordable homes are delivered or developing strategy and ensuring the correct property types and tenures are developed.The Council are looking for a data provider that can provide the following data on a self-service style portal or dashboard.
