Description : The Trust are looking to appoint a supplier that has the experience, knowledge and skill base to conduct a recruitment process which will run in parallel with that of the Trust to assist with the appointment of a substantive 1 wte (37.5 hours) Director of Equality and Inclusion to Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS FT (BCHC).The Trust invite suppliers awarded to the ESPO framework 3S-18 HR Strategic Services Lot 2a : Admin, HR & Business Support to bid for this service by 12 noon on 6.9.21.
