Description : East Sussex County Council requires a single care provider to provide care and support for adults with learning disabilities, at five residential care settings in the Hastings and Rother area. All five residential care settings require a 24-hour Care and Support. Many of the Clients living within the Hastings and Rother residential properties were supported to move into these services in 1997, following the closure of long stay hospitals for people with a learning disability, in line with national policy.
