The Bus Review identified that South Yorkshire-s ageing fleet profile meant that the role of the bus in tackling emissions could be improved. This workstream will examine the technical, legal, contractual and financial elements of delivering a zero-emission fleet resulting in a roll out plan, underpinned by high level modelling
