Project Description :- This project is a demolish and rebuild project at Hillingdon Tuition Centre, UB7 8HJ. The site is located between Windemere Way and Providence Road, behind Hillingdon Tuition Centre. The plot backs on to gardens of terrace houses fronting Edgar Road and surrounded by other buildings part of the Hillingdon Tuition Centre. The proposed use will be for an educational workshop to teach motor vehicle Mechanics. The Site has been segregated to enable all the other buildings and facilitates fully functioning during Construction. Works comprises of the demolish, design and build of new workshop to accommodate 3 no. Motor Vehicles, including 1 no. Car lift , training room, staff room, wash facilitates, kitchenettes, accessible toilets external boundary treatment including gates, external hard finishes including parking spaces marking and associated soft landscaping.
