We are looking to obtain a fee proposal for your professional services to prepare design stage SBEMs along with as built report to satisfy Part L of the Building Regulations. An allowance should be made for providing design advice, should it be required, in order to ensure the SBEM-s meet current regulations.The project involves:
• Refurbishment of circa 600m² of an existing wing of the Leagrave Centre to convert it from offices into an SEN School. This area of works is denoted with cross hatching and referred to as “Phase 1 Building” on the attached drawing.
• Small 12m² extension for a secure entrance lobby in the Phase 1 building.
