Fareham Borough Council (FBC) wish to appoint a Civil Engineering Consultant to provide consultancy services for Development Masterplanning and delivery of enabling infrastructure at Solent Airport (formerly Daedalus Airfield) on the west side of the airport in an area designated as Swordfish Business Park.
The object of the commission is to obtain a planning consent and procure and implement the works prior in order to enable subsequent plot development
