Description : The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Suppliers") for the provision of E-Cycle Roadshow, E-Cycle Corridors and Peer-To-Peer E-Cycle Share.The Contract is divided into Lots as follows:Lot 1 - E-Cycle RoadshowThis project will establish an e-cycle roadshow offering potential users the opportunity to try e-cycles in a safe setting. The project will engage with a wide variety of locations at which to deploy a mobile e-cycle roadshow to motivate and enthuse a minimum of 1000 first time users of e-bikes, focusing on women, people with health issues or a disability, and older people. The term of the contract shall be 01 September 2021 for a period of 6 months with the option to extend for up to a further 3 months at the sole discretion of the Authority.Lot 2 - E-Cycle CorridorThis project will focus on encouraging residents of Newport and Cowes to replace private cars with e-cycles for regular trips between the towns.The project requires the recruitment of a minimum of 48 project participants, which will be provided with free access to e-bikes for the period of participation, an... - Documents :
