Description : This procurement is for the Authority to appoint suitable suppliers to a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to provide a disposal service to remove/dispose of various types of waste material from the Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC) of Staffordshire.The use of DPS's as a procurement tool is now common amongst Local Government, and its use provides efficiency in managing a procurement process from an Authority perspective, whilst providing a simplistic route-to-offer for the supplier.
