The Council has set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to encourage Children, Young People and adults to achieve their potential and overcome barriers tolearning and progression. The DPS will contribute to service users in Rhondda Cynon Taff CBC and Merthyr CBC having full access totheir entitlements through engagement in a diverse range of Educational, Health & Well-being activities.The DPS will be structured into 8 lots under typical categories of activities:1. Arts & Craft2. Dance3. Performing Arts4. Literature & Film5. Music6. Sport (on site)7. Personal Development8.
