Description : The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) is running a tender competition for an agreement (the Contract) for the duct cleaning and condition surveys of communal ventilation system with 4 general needs housing blocks (the Works)The 4 Housing Blocks are1-72 The Gouldings, Pantile Walk, Uxbridge, UB8 1LT1-72 Fairlie House, Pantile Walk, Uxbridge, UB8 1LT1-79 Rabbs Mill House, Chiltern View Road, UB8 2PB1-84 Colley House, Whitehall Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2NZThe works shall comprise of the full clean of existing ductwork within each communal duct system to a minimum TR19 and current British Standards. Contractors are to complete full condition survey including providing current air flow rates, with comparison to required rates for location.
