- Tenders are invited for DOJ PSNI Integrated In-Vehicle Technology Pre-Market Engagement Exercise CfT CA Unique ID: SSD-4332 Evaluation Mechanism: Price/Cost Effectiveness Description: The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Supplier to provide an integrated in-vehicle technology solution that can facilitate a range of GPS, telematics, audio, video, and Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) capabilities. Before launching a procurement procedure, PSNI and Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD) are conducting a Pre-Market Engagement Exercise (PME) with a view to informing the procurement and economic operators (i.e. “warm the market”) to the opportunity of future procurement requirements. This exercise is designed to seek advice/information from organisations who may wish to tender via the procurement process.
