Description : This is a request for information only. The OU is carrying out pre-market research for:
— a front-end UX layer to allow students to interact with one platform instead of multiple and allow a personalised experience for the user;
— a content store to allow our help and guidance to be stored in a single location to increase consistency and reduce duplication;
— a marketing automation tool to help us improve our student interventions to analyse how we can be helping students and enquirers
