- Development of a Study on the Impact of Climate Change on Children and Youth Rights B. Scope of Work Assess the impacts of climate change on children-s rights in East, Southern and Horn of Africa countries analysing: • Government policy and fiscal responses to the climate-children nexus crisis in at least 5 countries; • Analyse the impact of climate adaption interventions on children and youth rights; • Identify the policy challenges that have been arising from the climate crisis vis-à-vis investment in child rights; • Map out the existing regional policy frameworks, implementation progress and propose possible policy and regulatory measures for child sensitive climate financing F. Expression of Interest A technical and financial proposal detailing conceptual and theoretical frameworks, methodology, rationale; a work plan with timetable; and a budget: to be submitted before 13 August 2021.
