This procurement is being carried out by South Somerset District Council as the Contracting Authority. The Authority wishes to select a design team led by an Architectural Services firm for the redevelopment of the Octagon Theatre, Yeovil. The expected contract period is August 2021 - November 2023 covering RIBA stages 2 through to 6. Submissions should be submitted via the Supplyingthesouthwest portal from firms that can demonstrate prior experience of delivering theatre and multi-use cultural buildings of a similar scale and complexity to the Authority-s requirements.
