Abstract: The Wheatley Group requires a single Supplier to deliver an Energy Supply Partnership Service to all void tenancies and re-lets (Change of Tenancy). It is the Wheatley Groups intention to award a contract to a single Supplier for the entire Wheatley Group domestic void stock.
