- Staffordshire County Council (SCC) are recommissioning Day Opportunities (also known as Day Care Services) for both Older People (aged 65+) and for People with Physical Disabilities.
SCC invited all providers and prospective providers to participate in the online Provider Workshops as part of its Soft Market Testing to review the existing arrangements and to look at how Day Opportunities for Older People and People with Physical Disabilities will be commissioned going forward:

Your input as Day Opportunity Providers is essential. Your expertise and experience of delivering services will support us to develop a service specification, delivery mechanism and contract monitoring/quality assurance process that is effective, meaningful and puts people at the centre of all we do.
Following each session, a Soft Market Testing Questionnaire was available on the Proactis procurement portal along with a Q&A document from the sessions.
